The professional service we provide is preventing fraud by making sure that the person signing the documents is indeed the correct signer of the documents.
Only a VALID ID or one that has been issued within the last 5 years. The ID does not have to be from the United States.
The Online Notary Platform we use, Signix has a contract with Persona which uses biometrics to confirm identity. This is done by entering in the expiration date on the ID, then submitting a picture of the ID and scanning their face to confirm that it is indeed the person that is supposed to be signing. The entire session is recorded via an integrated zoom and is admissible in court.
Credit Cards, Bank Transfer via Quickbooks.
In person signings can be paid with a credit card or tap to pay at the time of signing.
Online Signings will be sent an invoice either through quickbooks or clover. Payment is due at the time of service.
No, the expenses are paid up front on our end for these services so payment is due when you receive your invoice.

Because of the way we are structured, payment is due at the time of signing unless other payment arrangements have been made. The team is paid in full the following Tuesday for any work they have completed throughout the week prior.
Most of our team would like to maximize their time with family on the holidays. We can be available online unless it’s an emergency and needs to be done in person that day. Otherwise we can see you the next day.
Yes, we go to health care facilities although we would ask that you be up front with us if you have something that our team could catch. If that is the case we can always set it up as an online signing.
YES! We love supporting law firms so that way the staff can work on revenue producing activities and we can take care of tracking down the clients and getting the documents notarized for you.
